3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

• Prices, products, and availability may change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

• Payments must be completed in full at checkout. International customers are responsible for currency conversion fees or bank charges.
   

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

• Once products are shipped, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.

• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import restrictions, taxes, and fees in their country. If a shipment is seized, delayed, or returned by customs, Nourish&Glow bears no liability and will not issue refunds.

• Shipping delays due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen events are outside of our control.
   

5. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except as required by consumer protection law in British Columbia.

• For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
